Provisioning Profiles

: Apps must be built with an in-house provisioning profile. These profiles typically expire 12 months after issuance, after which the app will no longer launch.

  1. Find a Source: They scour GitHub, r/sideloaded, or cracked IPA databases.
  2. Download the IPA: Usually a file hosted on Google Drive, MediaFire, or a private Discord.
  3. Use a Sideloading Tool: Since iOS doesn’t allow direct IPA installation, they use AltStore, SideStore, Sideloadly, or TrollStore (for iOS 14-16).
  4. Enter Apple ID Credentials: Most sideloading tools require an Apple ID to sign the app with a free developer certificate.
  5. Install & “Trust”: After installation, they go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management to trust the developer profile.
