- "No mixer found": Disable Windows firewall temporarily or manually enter XR18’s IP address in software settings.
- App crashes on Android: Ensure you downloaded the official X-Air app (not "Mixing Station" – though that’s a good third-party alternative).
- Mac USB connection fails: Install the X-Live USB Driver (also on downloads page) if using macOS Catalina or newer.
