Downloading Firmware for ZTE ZXV10 W300 Series Modem: A Comprehensive Guide
- Connect to
192.168.1.1 (admin/admin).
- Go to Maintenance → Firmware Upgrade (or Management → Update Software).
- Click Browse → select the verified
.bin file.
- Click Upgrade.
- Wait 3–5 minutes. Do not power off or refresh. The router will reboot automatically.
- After reboot, log in and go to Maintenance → Factory Defaults → Reset all settings to clear old configuration conflicts.
- PTCL (Pakistan): ptcl.com.pk/support → Search "W300 firmware".
- Telmex (Mexico): telmex.com → "Ayuda y Soporte" → "Firmware".
- Oi (Brazil): oi.com.br → "Central de Downloads".
- TT&T (Thailand): 3bb.co.th → Legacy firmware section.
