Double-click the .dmg file, then double-click the .pkg installer. Enter your administrator password when prompted.

• Printer not detected: try a different USB cable/port, reboot printer and PC, reinstall driver, disable USB selective suspend in Windows.
• Scanner not working: ensure scanner driver/service is installed, open Epson Scan/Epson Scan 2 and check settings, try WIA instead of TWAIN (or vice versa).
• Print quality issues: run nozzle check and head cleaning from Epson utility, align print head, use genuine ink.
