1. On an internet-connected computer, go to the Grass Valley license portal:
   https://activation.grassvalley.com
2. Log in with your Grass Valley account (where the EDIUS license is registered).
3. Upload the request.key file.
4. Download the generated response.key file.

What is EDIUS Response?

Cause:

You have already activated EDIUS on the maximum number of machines allowed per license (typically 1-2 for standard licenses, 5-10 for volume licenses). You cannot generate another Response.key without first deactivating an old machine.
