• Plug in your engraver via USB.
• Go to Device Manager (Right-click Start button).
• Find the yellow exclamation mark (Unknown device).
• Right-click -> Update driver -> Browse my computer -> Let me pick from a list.
• Select "Ports (COM & LPT)."
