Go to the tab, select Safe boot , and restart your computer. Run the Utility : Open the folder where you extracted the tool. Right-click KLAPR.bat and select Run as Administrator .

• Use SQL Server Management Studio (for MS SQL) or the appropriate client for your DB.

Open KSC Administration Console

1. Open the Kaspersky Security Center Administration Console.
2. Go to Policies.
3. Find the policy applied to the specific computer.
4. Right-click the policy and select Properties.
5. Go to the Application settings or Password protection section.
6. Disable password protection or set a new password within the policy.
7. Force a synchronization on the endpoint machine (run the Update task or Execute policy task).

• After successful login, set a strong password for the intended administrative account and remove any temporary accounts added.
