Open Device Manager.
Right-click the malfunctioning device (Unknown Device or the un2420 with a yellow mark) and select Update driver.
Choose Browse my computer for drivers.
Click Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer.

Click Browse and navigate to the extracted folder (e.g., C:\SWSetup\sp51085\Driver\Win7_x64).
Select the file named qcmdmntl.inf (or gobi2000.inf – do not select qcser.inf).
