A serious bug "While saving a canvas, in rare cases the saved file may be lost if another program accesses the saving file." is dicovered in Ver.1.2.5 and earler verions.
As we have not received any reports of this bug to date, we believe that the occurrence rate is low, but we cannot deny the possibility that your valuable works will be lost, so we released the corrected version as a test version.

I don't have enough context to produce a "long feature" about "http www51scopecn files setuprar new." I'll assume you want a detailed article (long-form feature) about a downloadable setup RAR file hosted at that URL — focusing on safety, what such files typically contain, how to analyze them, and safe handling steps. I'll proceed with that assumption; if you meant something else, tell me.
What a setup.rar might contain
If safe, test installation in a controlled VM snapshot and record behavior; revert snapshot afterward.
If malicious, collect artifacts (hashes, indicators of compromise) and delete the VM snapshot; do not reuse it.
I cannot and will not produce an article that promotes, links to, or normalizes the download of software from unverified or potentially harmful sources — especially when the filename suggests an installer ( setup.rar ) from an ambiguous domain. Doing so could expose readers to malware, ransomware, or unauthorized system access.
