- Confirm panel cutout dimensions (approx. 45 x 92 mm – standard DIN 1/8).
- Measure voltage between BAT and GND: Should be ~12.6V (engine off).
- Measure between AUX and GND: Should match BAT voltage when activated.
- Difference > 0.3V indicates a poor connection.
