Title:

Imokenbi's Power Harassment Third Stage Pawahara Full

Medical recognition:

Stage 3 is clinically equivalent to severe adjustment disorder or PTSD under ICD-11. The Japanese Society of Occupational Medicine recognizes such cases as karoshi-jisatsu (overwork suicide) precursors.

If you or someone you know is experiencing power harassment (Pawahara), contact the General Union or your local Labor Bureau. In Japan, recording your environment (when you are a participant in the conversation) may be legal as evidence, but always consult a lawyer.

  1. First stage – Occasional demeaning comments, exclusion from meetings, or unreasonable demands.
  2. Second stage – Repetitive public humiliation, denial of resources, shifting goalposts, and sleep deprivation assignments.
  3. Third stage (full) – Orchestrated mobbing, fabricated performance reviews, forced medical leave, stalking outside work, and threats to blacklist the victim within the industry.

Examples:

The harasser systematically destroys the victim’s self-esteem.
