Overview
- You will lose BB10 forever. You cannot dual-boot easily.
- The physical keyboard becomes a dumb USB keyboard. You lose the swipe-to-delete, trackpad mode, and shortcut keys unless you root and remap.
- Camera quality degrades. BB10 had proprietary processing; Android drivers are reverse-engineered.
- Battery life suffers. Android was not optimized for the Passport’s hardware.
