Overview
OEM Support Pages
: Most manufacturers, such as Dell , host specific chipset and "System-on-a-Chip" (SOC) driver packages tailored to the exact motherboard wiring of the device.
- Identify exact device model and OS build (Settings → System → About; note x86/x64 — Z3735F is 32-bit UEFI on many devices).
- Visit OEM support page, choose OS, download full driver package or individual drivers.
- Create a full system backup or system image before changing drivers or installing a different OS.
- Install chipset INF first, then graphics, audio, serial/I2C, touchscreen, sensors, and finally network drivers. Reboot between major driver installs.
- If Windows shows unsigned driver warnings, ensure you have correct vendor-signed packages; avoid forcing unsigned drivers unless you understand risks.
- Use Device Manager to update drivers manually (Right-click device → Update driver → Browse my computer → Let me pick → Have Disk → point to INF).
- For touchscreen/camera or sensors that use Intel Serial IO, check Intel Serial IO driver and, if needed, install Intel Platform Device drivers.
