However, as of my current knowledge, Microsoft has not officially released “Flight Simulator 2024” — the most recent major release is , which is still actively updated. There are rumors and expected announcements about a possible next-generation flight sim (sometimes informally called “FS2024” by the community), but no official v1.2.7.0 exists yet for a 2024-labeled product.

• Weather Radar: Now works natively in the default A330-200. Previously, the radar was purely cosmetic.
• Live Traffic (Azure AI): Fixed the "T-pose" glitch where AI aircraft would taxi with their wings vertical.
• VR Implementation (OpenXR): Fixed the flickering horizon in the Varjo Aero and HP Reverb G2. Motion reprojection is finally smooth.
• Audio Engine: The roar of the CFM56 engines no longer cuts out when changing camera views.
