It seems you're looking for a (likely a driver, control panel, or firmware tool) for the MVSilicon B1 USB Audio device, with a focus on exclusive mode operation (e.g., WASAPI exclusive, ASIO, or direct hardware access).

Here's the direct answer:

  • Use software that offers Hog Mode (e.g., Audirvāna, Roon, or BitPerfect).
  • Hog Mode tells macOS: "Only this app talks to the MVSILICON B1."
  • Set the B1 as the system output, but kill all other apps making sound (like Safari).
  • Install the WASAPI output support component.
  • Go to File > Preferences > Playback > Output.
  • Select "WASAPI (event) : MVSILICON B1".
  • Do not select "Primary Sound Driver" or "DirectSound."

  1. Thanks for sharing 🙂

While testing out some other pdf sdks. Some gave problems because the RDLC created compressed pdf which could not be always be merged.

    • Erik,

We ran into the same issues, using the PDF Sharp toolkit.
Did you find another SDK (that has not license restrictions) that can be used?

  4. I download the codeunit but it doesn’t work for me. I keep getting a message saying the pdf reader can’t find the file. Am I doing something wrong? I haven’t changed anything.
