- Night: consistent sleep schedule, reduce evening alcohol, pre-sleep journaling/worry-time.
- Night episode: grounding, safety reminder, no forced recounting.
- Follow-up: refer for IRT or trauma therapy; possible medication review.
- What it does: The boss splits into multiple versions or creates a fake clone.
- Counter: Look for the one with a purple/red aura or the one taking chip damage from your DoT spells. The others usually deal zero damage or vanish in one hit.
- The Stalker (Phase 1): Slow movement. Relies on sound traps. If you run, it hears you.
- The Frenzy (Phase 2): 50% health threshold. Speed doubles. Walls no longer stop it.
- The Void Walk (Phase 3): 25% health. Teleports behind you every 15 seconds. Instant kill if you look at it.
- Evening: calming 45-min routine, limit screens, nightlight, favorite toy.
- Bedtime: 10-min shared story with positive ending; brief relaxation.
- If awakened: soothe verbally, grounding, return to bed within 10–15 minutes.
- Weekly: keep nightmare log; if >2/week for 4 weeks → pediatric referral.
