This edition, which was the first to introduce a seamless 3D map of Japan , includes all features from the original Kakushin (known in the West as Iron Triangle ) alongside significant "Power Up Kit" (PK) expansions. The base game had 5 scenarios (1546 to 1603). The PK added 3 “What-If” scenarios, including a stunning alternate history where Oda Nobunaga survives the Honno-ji Incident and unites Japan with a proto-Western industrial army.
