Sample rate mismatch. Fix: Ensure your Serato DJ Pro audio settings are 44.1 kHz exclusively. The S1 cannot lock to 48 kHz. Go to Windows Sound Settings > Device Properties > Additional Device Properties > Advanced and uncheck "Allow applications to take exclusive control."
