2. Avoid Pirated or Poor-Quality Versions
A 2021 study (Aligarh Muslim University) tested 60 students using Part 3 in English. Results:
- Copyright holder: Darul Ishaat (Karachi) & UK Islamic Academy.
- Legitimate free sources: Some libraries on archive.org hold out-of-print editions (pre-2005) of Part 1 & 2, but Part 3 remains under copyright until 2069 (author died 1999 → 70 years post-mortem in EU/India).
- Fair use: You may request a chapter scan for research from a university library under Section 52(1)(i) of Indian Copyright Act.
