Start

- Extract the CF-Auto-Root file: Unzip the CF-Auto-Root file to a folder on your computer.
- Launch Odin: Run the Odin executable on your computer.
- Connect your device: Connect your Samsung Galaxy Note 2 to your computer using a USB cable.
- Odin detection: Odin should detect your device. You should see a green box in the Odin window indicating that your device is connected.
- Select the root file: In Odin, click on the "PDA" button and select the CF-Auto-Root file (with the
.tar.md5 extension).
- Start the rooting process: Click on the "Start" button to begin the rooting process.
- Wait for the process to complete: The rooting process may take a few minutes. Your device may reboot during the process.
- Note: If you don’t see Developer Options, go to
Settings > About Device and tap "Build Number" 7 times.
Install a Custom Recovery
: Tools like TWRP (Team Win Recovery Project) can be installed post-rooting, offering more advanced recovery options. Extract the CF-Auto-Root file : Unzip the CF-Auto-Root
