By analyzing the "Long Live Love" ( Lang leve de liefde ) curriculum and the societal context of secularization, this paper argues that the Dutch approach in 1991 successfully normalized sexuality through a "polder model" of consensus, distinct from the moral panic observed in neighboring countries.
