2. Use SP Flash Tool or MTK Client to read/write preloader
3. Send fastboot unlock command (fastboot oem unlock)
4. After unlocking, flash custom recovery (TWRP is not officially available for A16; you’d need a port)

: Download and extract the MTKClient zip. Open the folder and run start.bat (on Windows) to install dependencies. Power Off : Completely turn off your . • No official unlock for Oppo A16 – Oppo’s “Deep Testing” app (used for unlocking) does not support the A16.
• Oppo’s policy: Only a few high-end devices with Snapdragon chips in specific markets (India/China) qualify. The A16 uses MediaTek Helio G35, which Oppo locks down.
