"My Hamarner kept restarting every 2 minutes. I tried the factory reset — nothing. Then I opened the back and noticed the battery connector was loose. Pushed it in, and it's been perfect for 3 months." —

• Press the Power button until the power menu appears.
• Tap and hold Power Off until "Reboot to Safe Mode" appears.
• If the problem disappears, a third-party app is the culprit. Uninstall recent apps.
