- Fix: This happens when the face detection crop is too small. Increase the "Padding" to 20 or 25. Alternatively, ensure you are using the GAN checkpoint (
wav2lip_gan.pth) and not the standard checkpoint.
- Use GPU for batch inference; allow variable batch sizes based on available memory.
- Provide half-precision inference where supported (AMP) and enable mixed precision.
