Dump your NAND:

On a modded Wii, use BootMii to create a backup. This generates nand.bin and keys.bin files on your SD card. Import to Dolphin:

Use a tool like wit (Wii Backup Fusion) to extract nand.bin into the Wii/ folder.

Place keys.bin in the Wii/ folder as well.
