Why Update Firmware?

Step 1: Download the Firmware

Step 2: Start the Update on Projector

Navigate to Settings:

Use your remote to go to the Settings or Option menu. Check for Updates: Select System Update or Online Upgrade .

  • Post-Update Precautions

    1. HDMI Handshake Issues – Previous firmware (v3.1.9) had known problems with PS5 and Xbox Series X, where the screen would flicker or go black for 3-5 seconds every few minutes.
    2. Auto Keystone Sensitivity – Users reported that auto keystone correction would overcorrect, creating a trapezoid effect when none existed. The new algorithm in v3.2.1 dramatically improves stability.
    3. Wi-Fi 5GHz Band Connectivity – The Pro V7 would sometimes drop the 5GHz signal after sleep mode. This update patches the Wi-Fi driver.
